When the input signal is applied to the input devices, the data is preloaded into a latch before the output stage drives the data to the receiver.The output stage of the device features a high-current capacity of up to 7.0mA per channel and an output voltage of 5.5V. The device is designed to meet telecommunications industry requirements and it is able to support data rates of up to 1.00MHz.
