CDB260W-1700-210-W LED drivers offer a wide range of applications for lighting, architectural, industrial and other production applications. The optimized design of current limits and high power density enable this LED driver to provide an excellent lighting performance in a relatively small form factor.

CDB260W-1700-210-W LED drivers can also be used in specialized applications such as sign lighting, medical lighting, etc. The high power density and flexibility of the driver makes it suitable for applications at higher current and voltage levels. Its constant current accuracy and wide dimming range enable greater energy efficiency.

Working Principle of CDB260W-1700-210-W LED Drivers

CDB260W-1700-210-W LED drivers utilize a PFC (power factor correction) topology which improves the power factor, reduces the harmonic distortion, and also supplies clean and reliable power for LED applications. It operates with a wide input voltage range of 100-277V AC and a high efficiency up to 91%. CDB260W-1700-210-W LED drivers are designed with short circuit protection, thermal overload protection, and over voltage protection.

The drivers offer the ability to adjust the output current through the use of an internal dimming control or an external LED dimmer. They also support a wide range of dimmers, including TRIAC dimmers, 0-10 Volt dimmers, and DALI dimmers.

The drivers also feature PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) dimming for adjusting the brightness of the LED lamps. In PWM dimming, the brightness level is adjusted by varying the duty cycle of the pulses sent to the LED lamp. This method is used to reduce the average power used, resulting in improved energy efficiency.

CDB260W-1700-210-W LED drivers also have an internal active PFC (Power Factor Correction) circuit which ensures the driver operates with a power factor greater than 0.9. This reduces the power consumption on the system, and also ensures the driver has greater immunity to disturbances in the mains power.
