The CG8081AM is a Shockproof Ultra Low Power 256K x 8 Unified Memory capable of operating at 0 to 70 Degrees Celsius. The device is capable of storing data when power is removed from the device. With a storage range from 4Mbits to 16Mbits, the CG8081AM can store up to 255Kb of data and is primarily used for applications that require low power consumption and reliable data backup.
The primary application field of the CG8081AM is that of embedded storage applications alongside a host microprocessor, being widely used in the medical, industrial, automobile, and telecommunications industries.
