The LEDs have a fast starting time of 0.2s, an on-delay of 0.2s, and an off-delay of 0.2s. Other features include fault proofing of the still burning bit, inactive bit and memory function to prevent flickering.

The CMD95-21VGC/TR9 is easy to assemble and offers a connection style of screw and nut terminal, which improves heat dissipation.
