It is mainly composed of a host device and a chassis. The host device is mainly used for data acquisition, and the chassis is used for communication between the host device and the switchgear.The host device of the CMMAIW-X mainly includes a microcontroller, an A/D conversion circuit, a D/A conversion circuit, a signal processing circuit, and other peripheral circuits. The microcontroller is mainly used for system control and data processing. The A/D conversion circuit is mainly used to convert analog signals into digital signals, which can be read by the microcontroller. The D/A conversion circuit is mainly used to convert digital signals into analog signals, so that it can be read by the switchgear. After the data is processed by the signal processing circuit in the host device, the microcontroller will send the data to the chassis for communication with the switchgear monitoring system.The chassis of the CMMAIW-X mainly includes a communication module, power supply module, etc. The communication module is mainly used to establish communication with the switchgear monitoring system. It can realize data transfer and control commands exchange between the host device and the switchgear monitoring system. The power supply module is mainly used to provide power to the host device.The working principle of the CMMAIW-X is mainly based on the transmission and exchange of data between the host device and the switchgear. The input device in the switchgear collects the current, voltage, power, temperature and humidity data of the switchgear. The data is processed by the signal processing circuit in the host device and then sent to the communication module in the chassis. The communication module will establish communication with the switchgear monitoring system and transfer the data to the switchgear monitoring system. The monitoring system can monitor the operation states of the switchgear and make corresponding control according to the data.
