CP3BT26Y98AHK/NOPB is an application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) microcontroller, specially designed for embedded, low power control applications. It is built on a CMOS 0.6µm process technology and is integrated with an 8-bit RISC CPU, up to 256 Kbytes of non-volatile program memory and up to 8 Kbytes of SRAM. The CP3BT26Y98AHK/NOPB supports various serial interfaces including Dual-SPI, UART and I2C, as well as analog-to-digital converters (ADC) and pulse-width modulation (PWM). It also integrates various on-chip voltage regulators which enable the device to run at a supply voltage down to 1.8V.
