The CP50441 thermoelectric, Peltier modules, commonly referred to as Peltier coolers, are used to cool components in a variety of electronic applications. Peltier modules can be used to cool components in a wide range of applications, such as CPU coolers in computers, cooling systems for consumer electronics products, and cooling medical devices.

Peltier modules are made up of two ceramic plates, each containing a number of thin-film elements made of thermally conductive material.
