Working Principle

The CS5206-3GDPR3 is a linear voltage regulator with a 4-phase synchronous rectifying architecture. It consists of four switching leg circuits which are interconnected to form a closed loop. Each leg is independently regulated and can be configured for either buck or boost regulation.When in buck mode, the regulator switches the main power switch on when the voltage at its output falls below that of the feedback voltage.
