1. Describe

The TPS7A0530PDBZR is an ultra-small, low quiescent current 200 mA low dropout regulator (LDO) with excellent transient performance. The device has an output range of 0.8 V to 3.3 V with a typical accuracy of 1%. The TPS7A0530PDBZR features ultra-low IQ (1µA) and consumes very low quiescent current to extend battery life in battery-powered applications. The device can be powered by rechargeable Li-ion batteries, library battery chemistries such as Li-SOCl2, LiMnO2, and two or three-cell alkaline batteries. The TPS7A05 provides an active pull-down circuit to quickly discharge the output when disabled. The TPS7A0530PDBZR operates at TJ = –40°C to +125°C and offers standard X2SON (DQN), SOT-23 (DBV and DBZ) and DSBGA (YKA) bag.
