Working Principle of CSM4T17 RF Mixer
A RF Mixer (also known as a frequency mixer) is a passive nonlinear device that converts signals from one frequency to another. The CSM4T17 is a passive diode-based RF mixer, consisting of series and shunt diodes configured to create a four-port network. The RF and LO signals are applied to two ports (ports 1 and 2), and the two modulated signals (sum and difference frequencies) are obtained at the other two ports (ports 3 and 4).
