CVR-RH-25060 is a single-phase voltage monitoring relay designed to protect electrical installations, equipment and persons operating in hazardous environments. It is designed to detect voltage levels, phase imbalance and single-phase presence and to energize/de-energize the equipment supplied. It is ideal for monitoring industrial machinery, office and laboratory equipment, household appliances, and many other applications.

The CVR-RH-25060 voltage monitoring relay features a variety of selectable functions including phase sequence detection, under/over-voltage detection, phase unbalance detection, bypass control, and more. The selection of these functions and the different voltages are done with rotary switches on the front panel of the unit. Additionally, the holding current adjustment of the bypass control can be made with a rotary switch, and the desired time delay for the bypass control can be set by turning a potentiometer.

The CVR-RH-25060 is designed to monitor the presence of single-phase voltage as well as over and under voltage conditions. The under and over voltage thresholds can be selected by the user via two rotary switches on the front panel of the unit. The presence of an under and/or over voltage condition will be signaled both by an LED on the front panel and, optionally, by an electrical contact.

Additionally, the CVR-RH-25060 has an adjustable bypass control with a time delay setting. The bypass control allows a low current to flow through the relay for a set time in the event of an overvoltage or undervoltage condition. This allows the equipment to be bypassed in the event of a temporary voltage fluctuation, thus avoiding frequent cycling that could damage the loads. The hold current for the bypass control can be adjusted using a rotary switch on the front panel and the time delay can be adjusted using a potentiometer.

A reset of the relay can be done with a push button on the front panel or by opening and then closing the power supply to the unit. The reset action will reset all parameters to their default settings.
