Application Field

The CXB2530 is a Low-Voltage Direct Current (LVDC) LED light source that offers a maximum power of 150W, a luminous flux up to 18,000 lumens and a high luminous efficacy of 114 lm/W. The CXB2530 has both an integrated driver and an interchangeable double-ended ceramic pin base, allowing for both single-ended and double-ended input types. This makes the CXB2530 suitable for a variety of applications, for example, lighting up commercial or public spaces, like offices, museums and public parks. It is also easy to install and maintain in a variety of circumstances and can be used as a replacement of traditional bulbs, saving energy and lowering the cost of lighting while still providing a long service life.

Working Principle

The CXB2530-0000-000N0HU440G’s integrated LED driver uses Phase-cut dimming technology for controlling the LED light source. By preventing the LED from achieving its maximum brightness, dimming reduces its power consumption, resulting in a longer life-span for the light source. Moreover, its driver also has surge protection to shield the light source from power supply fluctuation.The CXB2530’s low operation voltage system allows power supplies to be located away from the LED light source. This is both cost effective and energy efficient as the power source is not exposed to high temperature and is safer to use.In terms of thermal management, the CXB2530 features a patented light module with a built-in heat sink. As the heat sink is built into the module, heat is quickly dissipated, a factor that improves the life span of the light source.To assist in installation, the CXB2530 includes two HeatFit connectors. The two HeatFit connectors, attach the module to an external heat sink, such as Citizen Electronics’ cooling fin connectors. With the HeatFit connectors, the installation of the CXB2530 is fast and easy.
