It is designed and manufactured to provide a wide range of functions in a very low-power, low-cost package. It utilizes advanced embedded processes, including the largest space saving Chip Embedded System (CES) memory architecture in the industry. This family of devices offers not only incredible performance, but also enhanced programmability and system diagnostic abilities.The CY370648P100-125AC integrates two independent complex programmable logic devices (CPLDs). The first CPLD contains a 32 I/O macrocell with superior ESD performance and a wide range of typical features, including clock/reset management, 64 programmable I/Os and up to 32 clock/reset generators. The second CPLD contains a mix of features designed to provide the most efficient and cost-effective solution for system designs. The second CPLD contain, two 2.5V/1.8V I/O banks, programmable interval timer, voltage monitoring, and a rich set clocks and address synthesis sections.CY37064P100-125AC utilizes advanced embedded processes, including an on-chip embedded control logic (ECL) combinational and sequential blocks, as well as advanced configuration and diagnostic functions for flexible system design. Its internal memory architecture is based on the intelligent combination of embedded modes and microprocessor-like logic strings. A variety of flash-based configuration devices provide customizable logic preloaded into the embedded flash, making the CY370648P100-125AC a CPLD that can be used for a wide range of applications.The CY37064P100-125AC is designed to operate under a wide range of supply voltages and temperature conditions. It features a high-performance, low-power operating system that supports full-duplex nonvolatile execution and two-tier voltage control.
