The CY8C4128FNI-BL563T is a member of the CYRF family of RF transceiver ICs in the Sub-1GHz band, developed by Cypress Semiconductor Corporation. It is specifically designed for low power, long-range, low data rate communication applications, such as industrial automation, home and building automation, telemetry, and two-way communication. The CYRF chip has an onboard 32 kHz oscillator, crystal-less design, operating frequency between 315 MHz and 915 MHz, data rates up to 256 Kbps, and 12.5 dBm output power.

The Cypress CYRF chip utilizes a highly efficient design that can achieve better reception and a higher signal-to-noise ratio than comparable solutions within its performance range.
