CYALKIT-E02 RF Evaluation and Development Kits, Boards comprise an integrated hardware and software package designed to enable rapid prototyping of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) designs. It provides a fast track route to rapid prototyping of BLE devices without the need to design and create the hardware or software from scratch. This feature allows us to quickly develop products and services, thereby providing us with a competitive advantage and significantly reducing time-to-market.
The CYALKIT-E02 kit includes a PSoC 5LP evaluation board, a standard USB connector as well as supporting software, including PSoC Creator and PSoC Programmer. This combination allows us to easily, quickly and inexpensively create products that communicate with one another via Bluetooth Low Energy.
The PSoC 5LP evaluation board contains a Cortex-M3 processor, two low-frequency Op Amp, two digital to analog converters, an internal clock and memory. The software also includes a simple and intuitive IDE, which allows us to easily modify and customize parameters such as sleep mode settings, carrier frequency, default pairing and various other application features.
The software provides a comprehensive set of functions to aid in the development of BLE protocols and profiles. The user can also develop their own application using the same set of functions. The software includes a graphic user interface (GUI) for the configuration of a BLE application, along with command line tools for debugging and simulation. It also provides a GUI for programming the PSoC 5LP evaluation board and loading the compiled applications into the device.
The CYALKIT-E02 also provides a number of tools for debugging and testing BLE applications.
