D2F-FL application field and working principleD2F-FL is a kind of snap action limit switch, which is widely used in industrial automation. The product has a wide range of applications and is mainly used for detecting the position or movement of parts. It can reliably detect the parts in their correct position, or it can detect the movement of parts or limit their motion range.D2F-FL is mainly composed of a movable contact head and a fixed contact head, as well as a plunger and a lever, as shown in Figure 1. The plunger can move relative to the lever. When an external force is applied, the plunger will move axially relative to the lever and the movable contact head to push the lever. This lever movement can drive the movable contact head to move relative to the fixed contact head and make or break the two contacts.<img src="figure1.jpg" width="500">Figure 1. The wires marked with A and B are the fixed contacts, and the wires marked with C and D are the movable contacts.
