Data Acquisition - Digital to Analog Converters (DAC) form the interface between digital circuits and analog components. It is responsible for translating a predefined digital signal into an analog corresponding signal. The DAC8562FS is a digital-to-analog converter that converts 12 bits of serial data into a single-ended voltage signal. It is the smallest available unit in the DAC family and is suitable for use in systems where space is limited.

The DAC8562FS can be used in a wide range of applications such as motor control, audio processing and data conversion. Its versatile design also makes it ideal for use in data acquisition systems as it can be used to convert digital data into an analog voltage signal. It has two power-saving features, Low Power Shutdown (LPS) and Low Power 8-Bit Drain (LPD).
