The DC/DC and AC/DC (Off-Line) SMPS evaluation boards, DC1510A-B, offers an innovative, simple, low-cost solution to the seemingly complex and expensive development of SMPS designs. With a power density and topology that rivals the most efficient SMPS solutions available today, DC1510A-B provides users with a versatile platform for testing and evaluating off-line power designs. These boards feature highly efficient secondary-side synchronous rectification, DC-to-DC step-down converters with voltage mode control, and flyback converters with peak current mode control. Main applications of DC1510A-B can be found in commercial, consumer, and industrial applications.

DC1510A-B features an on-board voltage-mode DC-to-DC converter with a buck topology. The device has wide input voltage range of 7V to 16V and is adjustable to up to 24V. It can deliver maximum output power of 5W with an excellent load regulation of 0.1%. Under full load, its input current is rated at 75mA and its output voltage is adjustable to up to 3.3V. Our device is also equipped with integrated protection features such as over-current and short circuit protection. With respect to climate, the product operates at the wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.

The DC guitar board 1510B includes a single-output flyback converter for AC/DC applications. It offers an efficiency of up to 84% and works at a wide input voltage range of 85-264VAC. The board also has integrated input active power factor correction and a soft-start option. The output voltage is adjustable in the range of 0 to 25V with peak current mode control. DC1510B features an excellent overload protection and an adjustable output current limit control. In addition, our device also includes integrated short circuit protection and low-voltage protection features.
