DC2455A-A evaluation board is designed to allow for easy evaluation of the LT3791 constant frequency current mode controller for off-line Flyback and Isolated Forward converter applications. The board can be configured for other high power transformer isolated topologies. The board operates with an input voltage range of 10V-35V and output current ranges from 0A - 21A. It provides a buck/boost type of CC/CV front end for its input, allowing the input voltage to be controlled and boosted to an appropriate voltage for the device under test (DUT). The two-switch Flyback topology implemented on the board is capable of output power up to 86.4W.
The DC2455A-A evaluation board consists of a number of components that enable the board to function.
