This directional coupler has a high coupling coefficient of 20dB and a high port-to-port isolation of 40dB @ 6GHz. It also has a high frequency range of DC-6GHz and a high power handling of 20W.This directional coupler consists of two RF switching modules connected by a metal enclosure. To increase isolation and to control the directivity performance, each module includes resistive elements and capacitors.
