Working Principle
DC749A evaluation board is a demonstration platform which is designed according to the Boost DC/DC topol- ogy, in which the inductor is connected to the output side and the voltage across the inductor increases. The electric current increases linearly when the inductor is con- nected to the output terminal and the current decreases exponentially when the inductor is disconnected from the output terminal. The switching frequency of the Boost inductor is adjustable from 8kHz to 1MHz and can be minilized up to 0mA. The hysteretic current control is used to keep the LED current steady.
