The DC916A-B Evaluation Board is a complete, easy to use, off-line switched mode power supply solution. It is designed to provide an experienced engineer with a wide range DC and AC-DC power requirements, and to serve as a high performance, low-cost prototype foundation for more sophisticated design solutions. The DC916A-B is part of the DC916 Power Conversion Device Evaluation Board family which includes the DC916A and DC916B. These boards feature synchronous rectification and a wide range of high-frequency switching topologies.

The DC916A-B Evaluation Board is designed to meet the needs of most switching dc-dc applications, and offers several advantages over traditional linear regulator based solutions.
