The DF04S/77 are three-phase Bridge Rectifiers that are ideal for applications requiring bridging of AC power in a three-phase supply system. The DF04S/77 bridge rectifiers feature surge ratings of up to 25kA per cycle, making them ideal for use in high-power industrial systems and motors. The DF04S/77 features an integrated negative temperature coefficient thermistor that monitors temperature and is designed to prevent heat damage when in use. As the AC current passes through, the voltage across the winding increases until the value of the voltage reaches a peak. At the same time, the voltage across winding B and winding C also starts to increase, until the peak voltage of the entire system is reached. Once the voltage has reached its peak, the reverse charging process begins. The voltage across the winding A begins to decrease and the voltage across windings B and C increase until the peak value is reached on all three windings. At this point, all of the voltages are equal and the DC output is achieved.This process is continued until the end of the cycle, when the original order of the windings is resumed. Once this occurs, the cycle begins again. The DF04S/77 bridge rectifier is a highly efficient and reliable three-phase rectifier that is ideal for use in high power industrial systems.
