These components include:• RF transceivers• Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) readers• IC controllers• Antenna sockets• On-board audio• Connector cablesThe design includes three main processing cores; the Multi-Wireless Option (MWO) for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wireless applications, the Adaptive-Wideband Radio Link (ARL) for wireless/optical multi-data rate applications and Adaptive-Networking System (ANS) for network monitoring and control.The board is designed for real-time configuration and integration with any external sensors. The on-board controllers allow for real-time alteration of the system parameters. The board features on-board memory to store configurations and profiles for rapid reconfiguration.The DFR0023 is powered by a DC power supply. The board includes an external 8-pin RJ11 cable for the connection to the DC power supply. The board has an external output port for connection to external systems.The board is designed for ease of integration and testing with any external modules. For example, the board is compatible with the AIROHA AB7020D module for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz applications and the STA8200 module for Wi-Fi applications.The board is also designed to optimize the use of available space through the use of an innovative dual-height design.
