The DM74ALS648NT is a high-speed octal bus transceiver is designed for asynchronous communications between data buses. It provides true TTL-level information. It is a versatile, general-purpose 8-bit transceiver which is suitable for implementing memory, data communication and address control in high-speed asynchronous system designs. The DM74ALS648NT has eight non-inverting bidirectional buffers. Each can be used to drive up to 15 bus lines located in 8 different loads.
