IntroductionThe DN-20-CVE1 is a static variable frequency device produced by Jundao Company. It is mainly used for temperature control of the main production process in electric substations, marine engineering, central air conditioning and energy saving in petrochemical, cement, pharmaceutical, paper and other industries. It has no sweep excitation requirements for the motor controllers.ApplicationThe DN-20-CVE1 is used in a variety of applications. In electric substations, it is used to control the temperature of device cabinets, temperature balanced air conditioners, adjusting transformer temperature, monitoring the load of generators and insulated bushings. In the marine engineering field, it can control the temperature of the thruster cooler and diesel generator cooling water, monitor the temperature of the main engine and stern tube, as well as monitor the selection and voltage of the mooring. In addition, it can be used for temperature control and energy saving in steel, food and beverage, nuclear industry and other fields.Working PrincipleThe DN-20-CVE1 static frequency conversion device is mainly composed of frequency converter, power device, electronic motor, display and control unit, etc. The working principle is composed of two parts: Control System and Frequency Conversion System. In the Control System, the controller constantly sends a pulse signal of the arranged output frequency through the Delay-Tunnel Modules(DTMs), that is, the flywheel signal. The pulse signal is continuously sent to the Frequency Conversion System. When the pulse signal is received, the Frequency Conversion System will control the excitation current by changing the triangular wave to sine wave, and then send it to the power device and electronic motor for frequency conversion operation. The motor speed will change with the change of frequency.In Frequency Conversion System, the Frequency Converter is the core. It consists of a power device, a filter, a rectifier assembly and an intermediate circuit. The rectifier assembly accepts AC power and converts it into direct current. With the help of filter, the direct current is intercepted and then fed to the inverter to generate AC power. The AC power is then adjusted to the desired frequency and sent to the electronic motor. In the operation process, the motor speed is monitored by the display and control unit. The output terminal of electronic motor is connected with the display and control unit, and parameters such as rotation speed, revolution speed and torque can be monitored in real time, thus ensuring the safe operation of the device.ConclusionThe DN-20-CVE1 static frequency device is widely used in a variety of industries.
