What is the DS26334GNA3+ & its Application Field

The DS26334GNA3+ is a 3.3V voltage-mode line interface circuit, which is designed to meet all current and proposed requirements of the TIA/EIA-232-F, EIA/TIA-423-B, V.11, V.24, and V.28 standards. Also known as a serial line transceiver, this device provides the electrical interface between the data terminal equipment and the data local equipment and between two data systems. It is designed to operate over a single twisted-pair communications line and can reach transmission speeds of up to 76.8 Kb/s in asynchronous mode.

The transmitter consists of two parts: voltage mode drivers and polarity discrimination circuits. The voltage mode drivers are designed to output a signal that can be directly coupled to a twisted-pair line. The polarity discrimination circuit is designed to detect any polarity reversal in the input data and then detect the logic state of the data.

Receiver Part of the DS26334GNA3+

The DS26334GNA3+ receiver part has been made for a high-speed bi-directional communication. It is also able to interpret and distinguish digital data from the noise on the transmission line.
