DS8923AMX is an advanced line/bus driver and receiver which is made as a high-speed CMOS serial multichannel transceiver that buffers data between a low-voltage differential bus and a serial bus. The device includes a differential transmit and a receive path. It is particularly suitable for spread spectrum operation. The device is suitable for any application requiring one or multiple differential lines in digital and analog systems.
Application Field of DS8923AMX
The DS8923AMX can be used in many applications, like in CAN FD (Controller Area Network Flexible Data Rate), Lighting, HDMI™ (High-Definition Multimedia Interface), General automotive and industrial control networks, HD (High-Definition) video, Digital audio and backplane as well as telecom and datacom/networking applications.
As an intelligent system of communication and digital processing, DS8923AMX can transmit data up to 8.5 Mbps with a maximum of 300ns internal data latency. The system has the capability to switch data between serial and parallel buses, implement line interfacing and voltage level shifting for parallel input, and serial digital and analog output for serial system.
Working Principle of DS8923AMX
The DS8923AMX is based on the following digital and analog components:
