The DS90UH925QSQE/NOPB is a low power, compact and high speed Universal Serializer/Deserializer (SERDES) that is mainly used in various applications. It has eight transmitting channels comprised of LVDS and eight LVDS receiving channels. The main function of this device is to efficiently transfer high-speed data streams between two devices over different media. By combining two devices, one connected at the transmitting end and the other at the receiving, this SERDES allows for the conversion of low voltage and differential signalling broadcasts.

To achieve this, two low jitter buffered clock outputs are used, one with the internal oscillator and one with the external clock from the system.
