DSC400-0101Q0114KE1 is one of the pin configurable/selectable oscillators offered by SMK. It works in wide frequency range and is suitable for all kinds of systems in different application fields. With small size, high stability and low power consumption, it is ideal for consumer electronics, automotive, communication, medical and industrial uses.

This oscillator is built around a silicon monolithic voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), and acts as an electronic oscillator, which is able to generate a certain frequency output from its pin configuration. The frequency can then be tuned with an external resistor to precisely adjust the desired output frequency. With its built-in temperature compensation circuit, the oscillator can avoid frequency drift in the long run in temperatures of -40℃ to 85℃.

DSC400-0101Q0114KE1 also provides a wide range of operating voltage starting from 1.8V and extending up to 6.0V. The operating current remains below 4.5mA. Apart from oscillator output and an active-low enable function, it comes with both open drain and positive logic outputs. The logic tristate is specified to have <10µs rise and fall times.
