DSC400-1133Q0113KI1T is a kind of Pin Configurable/Selectable Oscillator. It is a miniature size voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (VCXO) featured with excellent jitter performance. It is specified for 1333MHz to 1363MHz range. The oscillator consists of a crystal and a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) circuit in an 8-pin Long-Z package. This VCXO offers a wide frequency range, good EMI performance and superior jitter performance.
The Operating voltage (VDD) is 3.3V ±10%. The power consumption is 0.34W. The frequency stability is ±50ppm, temperature stability is ±50ppm and vibration stability is ±1.7ppm. The switching current is -30mA/.5mA maximum at TTL logic level.
