The E-SG3525AN is a family of integrated pulse width modulation (PWM) switching controllers with built-in high side and low side gate drivers. It is part of a larger range of switching controllers called PMIC (Power Management Integrated Circuits). It is also compatible with many high-performance synchronous buck and DC/DC converter controllers.The E-SG3525AN integrates six high-voltage MOSFET drivers, one low-side MOSFET driver and a PWM switching controller into a compact monolithic package.
