Working Principle

The working principle of E3F2-7L-M 10M consists of five parts: send circuit, receiver circuit, shield, reflector, and controller.

• Send Circuit: The send circuit’s output is controlled by the controller and it mainly consists of the power amplifier and transducer circuity. The power of the device is connected and the output signal is transformed into ultrasonic waves.
• Receiver Circuit: The ultrasonic waves emited by the sender circuit will reach to the receiver circuit when the objects existing in the detection area. After the signal from the receiver circuit has been amplified to a certain level, it is transferred to the logic unit.
• Shield: Shield is designed to limit the disturbed outside interference.
• Reflector: The object in the detection area will lead to the reflection effect. Since the refection produced by the object is different in each detection area, the setup of the reflector is necessary.
• Controller: Controller is the core of the working system. It consists of the display unit, the signal convertor, output circuits, and so on. It has the function of power supply, receiving, processing, controlling, and output.
