USB, DVI, HDMI Connectors

With the increasing use of electronic technology, various types of connectors have been developed to meet the needs of different application fields and working principles, such as USB, DVI and HDMI connectors. Among them, the E810K-SBY104-L connector is a kind of widely used USB connector. This article will explain its application field and working principle in detail. The E810K-SBY104-L connector is a USB connector that uses the USB 2.0 Type-B interface and supports USB 2.0 data transfer speeds of up to 480 Mbps. It is widely used in both consumer and professional electronics, such as cameras, game consoles, PC peripherals, external storage devices, printers, audio/video systems. The working principle of the E810K-SBY104-L connector is based on the two-wire bus interface. When the interface is installed, the bus master sends a four-bit command sequence on the bus that is used to initialize the USB device connected to the connector. After this initialization, the number of devices which the USB bus supports can be determined and the commands of the USB protocol or defined by the master will be transferred from the bus for each device.Once the commands have been delivered, each device on the bus will handle processing the command and making a response. To do its job, each device needs to go through the following steps:• Power-On-Reset (POR) state: During this phase, each device is set up to receive instructions from the USB bus.• Configuration state: During this phase, the device\'s identity is verified and it is set to accept and execute commands from the USB bus.• Ready state: During this phase, the device has finished its configuration and is ready to accept, process and execute instructions or data transferred from the bus.• Data state: During this phase, the device will accept, process and execute data or instructions transferred from the USB bus.• Suspend state: During this phase, the device is placed in a low power state while not required to perform any operation.Once the device is ready to accept and execute instructions, the data transfer takes place over the USB bus. The data is transferred using one of two protocols: the older and slower low speed protocol, which supports data transfer at 1.5Mb/s, or the newer and faster full speed protocol, which supports data transfer at 12Mb/s. The data rates mentioned here apply to all USB devices, including the E810K-SBY104-L connector. In the event that there are multiple connected devices, the bus master will have to send different data signals to each device as instructed by the user. This is done using the USB protocol defined in the specifications that dictate how the data should be transferred between the host and devices. Finally, it is important to note that the E810K-SBY104-L connector does not support the USB 3.0 protocol, which provides speeds of up to 5Gbps, making it the right choice for applications that require USB 2.0 but not USB 3.0 connection speeds. In conclusion, the E810K-SBY104-L connector is a widely used USB connector that supports data transfer speeds of up to 480 Mbps and is suitable for various consumer and professional electronics. It works in accordance with the USB 2.0 protocol and does not support USB 3.0, making it an ideal choice for applications that require USB 2.0 but not USB 3.0 connectivity.
