The EA361US Evaluation Board DC/DC & AC/DC (Off-Line) SMPS is a multi-channel Power Supply Control board, ideal for AC/DC (off-line) and DC/DC converters. It incorporates two DC/DC converters, two AC/DC converters and three buck, boost or buck-boost converters. It is configurable to match a wide range of system requirements, providing comprehensive power management solutions.

The EA361US Evaluation Board is designed to provide the flexibility and functionality needed to evaluate AC/DC (off-line) and DC/DC power supplies with a wide range of configurations and operating parameters. It supports operating frequencies up to 500kHz, and has a wide input voltage range up to 300V. It is available in two versions, the 110US and 120US. Both versions are designed for use with a wide range of application parameters including input voltages, output currents, switching frequency, switching current, output voltage regulation, and power factor correction. Additionally, both versions feature current limiting, over-temperature protection and thermal shutdown.

The Evaluation Board is equipped with two step-down and two boost DC/DC converters as well as a single buck, boost, or buck-boost regulator. These DC/DC converters enable the EA361US to provide power with up to 4A output current per channel. For enhanced system protection, the board also includes over-temperature, short-circuit, over-load, and reverse-direction protection.

The EA361US Evaluation Board includes a programmable interface for configuring and managing the various converters throughout the board. The programmable interface allows the user to specify parameters such as input voltage, output voltage, output current, operating frequency, and power factor correction, as well as monitor feedback. The programmable interface can be used to control the board remotely, and can becontrolled using serial, USB, and Ethernet connections.

The EA361US Evaluation Board utilizes a multi-layer PCB layout with efficient power conversion, enabling excellent power density, better heat dissipation and superior performance. The board also includes a variety of user-friendly features, such as an onboard LCD that enables real-time monitoring of voltage, current, and frequency, and two LEDs for status indication.
