The high-speed switches and soft-switching architecture result in a power efficiency of up to 95%.

ECE40US15-SD is built with Soft-Switching Technology which helps with energy efficiency and noise reduction. It also uses high-temperature robust components and use a wide range of fast-response soft-switched control loops to improve power conversion efficiency and reduce the I2R loss of the power switch. The super-fast diode and optimized gate drivers featured in the ECE40US15-SD helps to further increase power conversion efficiency.
