Evaluation and Demonstration Boards and KitsThe ECLQFN16EVB is an evaluation and demonstration board and kit made by NJY. It is part of a larger family of board kits designed by the company to demonstrate different applications in electronic development. The board itself is a chip that acts as a controller and transistor array that uses a low-power P-channel low threshold FET as the main component.The board is designed to be adaptable to many different applications and is built around NJY’s advanced energy efficient transistor array technology. This technology was developed for efficient use of power in applications such as powering peripheral devices, controlling digital-to-analog or analog-to-digital conversions, or even performing switching and monitoring tasks. The array is a self-clocked, pin-compatible FET array with an input voltage range from 4V to 5.5V and a switching frequency range from 0.4MHz to 2.5MHz.The ECLQFN16EVB’s performance can be further improved with the use of the NJY’s Energy Mode architecture and general purpose register module. The Energy Mode architecture is designed to reduce current consumption while still maintaining the board’s performance. It also allows the board to switch from ultra-low power mode to higher performance modes such as turbo or performance mode, depending on the needs of the application. The general purpose register module allows users to customize the board’s features and settings with the use of software.The ECLQFN16EVB is also capable of switching between two power domains—I/O and core—in order to reduce the overall power consumption. By configuring the board’s power domain settings, users can optimize the board’s performance and power consumption based on the application’s needs.The ECLQFN16EVB also supports programmable power supply.
