EM 1Z application field and working principle

EM 1Z rectifier diodes are used for a variety of applications, from rectifying AC to providing voltage regulation. The diodes are designed to be efficient, reliable, and reliable even in the presence of high temperatures and voltage spikes. The maximum reverse voltage rating of EM 1Z is up to 50V. The forward voltage drop of the EM 1Z ranges from 0.50V to 0.72V, depending on the room temperature. The diode has a wide operational temperature range, up to 175°C.

The working principle of the EM 1Z is based on the “Sandwich-LN” technology. This technology combines two different semiconductor materials, one between two layers of silicon, and one outside. The middle layer between the two layers of silicon is made of a very thin, low-band-gap material. This allows for the device to become more efficient and generate more power. Additionally, the low band gap material creates a large area of short circuit protection and provides strong protective properties for the device.

EM 1Z rectifier diodes are widely used for many applications such as rectification of AC signals, voltage regulation, protection from high temperature and voltage as well as protection from overcurrent. Other applications include audio signal rectification, noise reduction and data line protection. EM 1Z are highly reliable, efficient, and economical when compared to other rectifiers.
