The EML20T2R is a single pre-biased Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) which is widely used in a variety of applications. It is used in applications such as voltage regulation, power switching, and current sense circuitry. This type of transistor is also an efficient and low-cost solution when used in pulse width modulation, frequency shifting, and other applications which require stable switching of power.The EML20T2R has a unique design that allows it to provide high isolation, power efficiency, and fast switching.
