EPC9080 is a high voltage IC designed to replace traditional, inefficient power transistors in modern high voltage applications, such as power converters, motor control, high-voltage power electronics and smart grid. This IC is part of the newest family of wide bandgap semiconductors, allowing for increased performance and more efficient use of energy.

EPC9080 is primarily designed for use as a logic-level switch, or as an amplifier in a radio frequency (RF) amplifier stage.
