The EPC9005C is a versatile and powerful evaluation and demonstration board and kit ideal for a variety of applications.The EPC9005C is an integrated evaluation and demonstration board and kit which features an embedded Microchip ATmega128 microcontroller, a user application board with supporting peripherals and various other components, enabling users to test a wide range of embedded system platforms. The board and kit also provides the flexibility to be used in multiple scenarios, such as for development, prototyping, demonstration, and testing. This makes the EPC9005C an ideal platform for evaluating a range of embedded systems, products and technologies in a laboratory or on-site environment.The EPC9005C’s integrated board and kit also feature a DSP and high-speed communication peripheral interfaces, including USB, Ethernet, CAN, CAN FD and LIN. With the help of various software development development tools, such as the integrated Microchips MPLAB® Code Configurator, C-Aware IDE and various RTOS, the EPC9005C can rapidly setup a reliable evaluation and demonstration embedded system. Additionally, the kit provides the flexibility to be used to develop user applications from scratch or reuse existing code, as well as to rapidly debug and evaluate systems. In regards to its working principle, the EPC9005C is exceptional in that it offers an integrated power supply circuit that gives users the ability to prototyping and running an application directly from the board. This process is controlled using built-in pins or external sources, such as a USB port, allowing the EPC9005C to provide power-on control for development and testing scenarios.The integrated board and kit also feature an LCD display that provides direct control and monitoring capabilities while also enabling users to monitor the performance of different functions and settings within the system. Additionally, the kit provides the flexibility to also monitor system performance through an external computer or laptop using an optional Ethernet connection.In regards to its application field, the EPC9005C is highly adaptable, making it suitable for a range of embedded system testing and development tasks.
