The civilian ground version of the ETM8119 has a tilt range of 0° to +90° and an elevation of -1° to +22°. Its operating frequency range is 4~8GHz and the power of its transmitting and receiving signals is up to 400W. The ETM8119 is suitable for the X-band and Ku-band frequency range and has built-in lightning protection and shock resistance.The ETM8119 is designed to be an efficient dual-spot polarization tilt radio antenna, which uses a dielectric radome to protect the antenna from wind, rain and dust. Its main components are a feed system, 4 reflectors, and a horn array. The feed system is composed of a linear feed network, a power splitter, and a hybrid junction, which is responsible for feeding signals to the reflectors and maintaining the polarization of the signals. Four reflectors are responsible for forming the pattern of the transmitted signal. The horn array is composed of 16 azimuth horn antennas, which are equally spaced and mainly responsible for focusing and reconfiguring the reflected signals.
