This diode boasts an impressive average rectified forward current of 1 Ampere with a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200 Volts and a maximum surge of 30 amperes. It supports a maximum operating temperature of 150⁰C and a thermal resistance junction to ambient of 250K/W. In addition, its maximum forward voltage drop of 1.1 volts at 175 volts is ideal for devices sensitive to current draw.
The EU 2ZV1 works best when its aluminum oxide passivated silicon chips are attached to an epoxy resin body.
