EMI (electromagnetic interference) and RFI (Radio Frequency Interference) filters are devices that are used to filter and eliminate the electrical signals that cause interference or disruptions in communication systems. These filters generally make use of LC (Inductance-Capacitance) networks, RC (Resistance-Capacitance) networks and active filters. EXC-CET102U is an EMI/RFI (electromagnetic interference/ radio frequency interference) filter designed for filtering high-frequency interference signals in 10 kHz to 30 MHz range.

This device is available in different packages such as surface mount, isolated tab, metal or plastic casing and axial through hole mounting. In this way, both high and low-frequency signals can be effectively filtered and eliminated by the EXC-CET102U filter.
