FAN1540MPX

The FAN1540MPX is a step-down Type Constant Frequency Linear Voltage Regulator (CFLVR) Integrated Circuit (IC) with a maximum output current of 15A and an operating temperature of -40C to 125C. This device is designed to regulate an input voltage of 8V to 16V to a preset output voltage of 1.2V to 3.3V. It can also perform upconversion from low voltage sources to higher voltages, as well as current limiting, over temperature protection, and reverse current protection.

The FAN1540MPX is comprised of a main monolithic control chip and a power MOSFET. The device operates with a 90% conversion efficiency and can output a sustained current of up to 15A.
