PMIC - Voltage Regulators - Linear

The FAN1582M25X is Ultra Low Dropout (ULD) linear voltage regulator. It is designed to supply low output currents up to 1.5A and is set to operate at a voltage drop of 100mV. This feature enables supplies to be regulated at very low voltages and with very low thermal resistance. This feature is ideal for point-of-load applications as well as microprocessor/SoC/FPGA applications.

The device includes two NMOS transistors, a voltage reference, and two resistors, comprising the switch-mode power supply (SMPS) circuitry. Inrush Current Protection
