Film capacitors – FCP0603C222G-K1 – have several advantages compared to their ceramic counterparts. Unlike ceramic capacitors, they do not require a dielectric layer, thus they are very low in loss. Film capacitors come in two basic types - non-polarized and polarized. FCP0603C222G-K1 is a non-polarized, paper film capacitor with a tolerance of 10% (JIS C 5100). It has a temperature coefficient of 0 to -40ppm per ˚C (±50%) and a capacitance range from 0.01 to 0.22 uF. It is a 3-pin, dry-electrolytic capacitor with a through-hole mounting.
