FME-220A

The FME-220A belongs to the diode array family of rectifiers often utilized in direct current (DC) applications. It is a fast switching device ideally suited for power conversion systems that require efficient rectification and conversion of AC power to DC that is then dispatched to downstream circuits. This process is repeated continually, with the direction of the rectified signal changing as the input sine wave passes through zero volts.

It is capable of generating fast switching action, with forward voltages of up to 625V, a leakage current of 200mA, and a reverse leakage current of 10mA.
