The FMM-26S is a series of high voltage 4-line Schottky diode array chips from Diodes Incorporated. It is a standard dip package with a total height of 4mm and a maximum power dissipation of 15W. The FMM-26S series is designed primarily for current measurements of high-speed digital signals and power supplies. The FMM-26S works at a wide operating temperature range of -25°C to +125°C and can handle a maximum voltage of 30V.The FMM-26S consists of four Schottky diodes in a single package. These diodes have opposite polarities, which enable them to perform both reverse blocking and forward conduction functions. In the reverse-blocking mode, the diodes will prevent current from flowing in either direction through the chip. This is useful for protecting circuits from undesirable current paths. In the forward-conduction mode, the diodes are used for rectifying and smoothing AC power signals.The FMM-26S’s main application is for high-voltage AC power supply rectification and measurement.
