It can be used for many industrial tasks such as measuring tension and compression forces, measuring surface friction, and measuring the dynamics of a surface.The FMSMFC1045M has an adjustable frequency range of 0 to 10 MHz and is built on an aluminum alloy frame. Its dual channel actuator is driven by an ultra-precise encoder and its integrated controller is capable of controlling the displacement of the scanning head by piezoelectric actuators or electric motors.The working principle of the FMSMFC1045M is based on the principle of static force measurement, whereby the displacement and magnitude of the force is detected by two channel pneumatic actuators. One encoder is coupled to each channel pneumatic actuator and monitored by the controller. Depending on the application, either static or dynamic measurements can be taken.Static force measurement is performed by synchronizing the two channels with an oscillator and monitoring their activity simultaneously. In this way, the controller calculates the static displacement difference between the two channels and produces an analog output voltage proportional to the magnitude of the force measured.Dynamic force measurement is used to detect changes in a force over time and can be used for purposes such as determining surface friction or measuring tension or compression forces that vary with time. For this type of measurement, the two channels are synchronized to the same frequency and used to measure the dynamic displacement difference between the two channels. The controller then produces an analog output voltage proportional to the magnitude of the force measured.The FMSMFC1045M is a versatile device and has been used in a variety of applications including measurement of materials and workpieces to determine their physical properties, monitoring the dynamic behavior of material surface friction, measuring mechanical phenomena and detecting other phenomena.
